How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping on all US orders — no minimum. Express shipping is available for $15 if you need it faster. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. No surprise fees at the final step.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States, plus 26 international destinations including the UK, Canada, and much of the EU.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. US delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on the item and your location. Larger items like gaming desks and chairs may take longer as they ship separately.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact us and we'll chase it up.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify's secure checkout. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest — just an email address for your order confirmation and tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes. Contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page and we'll do our best to catch it before it leaves the warehouse.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy, linked in the footer.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Send us a photo through the Contact page within a few days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Damage in transit isn't your problem to absorb.
Products
Are your RGB products app-controlled?
Most of our RGB lighting - including the wall panels and neon strips - supports app and remote control, with music sync on select models. Check the individual product page, since features vary by item.
Do gaming desks and chairs need assembly?
Yes, most furniture ships flat-packed with assembly instructions and hardware included. Budget around an hour for a desk or chair.
Will these work with my setup?
Our peripherals use standard USB and Bluetooth connections and work with most PCs, laptops, and consoles. If you're unsure about a specific product, message us before ordering - we'd rather answer first than process a return.
